Cancellation Policy
A full refund will be given if cancellation is made prior to 7 pm the night before scheduled booking.
Refunds:
Unfortunately sometimes bad weather prevents operation. Should this occur, all payments will be fully refunded. If some heliskiing has been possible, but due to the weather you had fewer runs than you booked, you will be refunded at NZ$80.00 per run not skied/boarded. Refunds are not given due to injury, lack of ability, fitness or cancellations on the day.
