The Ruby Mountain Helicopter Skiing package includes three nights lodging at Reds Ranch in Lamoille, a small ranching community 20 miles from Elko, Nevada. This 125-acre ranch at the foot of the Ruby Mountains provides some of the finest accommodations available in a tranquil, wooded setting with an intimate view of the Rubys.
Reds Ranch is patterned after the great hunting lodges of the northern Rockies and features ten bedrooms in the main lodge. Each bedroom or suite is tastefully furnished, with private bathroom facilities. The main lodge with its stone fireplace and log structure, also features a comfortable great room, billiards room, and library stocked with favorite novels.
All of guest meals are prepared in the Ranch Kitchen and served in a common dining area. A conference center is available for special meetings and seminars.
Because of the varied guest arrival times, dinner is not provided on your arrival night. Lamoille's favorite restaurant among longtime skiers, the Pine Lodge, is within a mile of Reds Ranch. You may also choose to visit one of the popular Basque restaurants in downtown Elko. The Red Lion Inn and Casino, the Commercial Hotel and Casino also offer dining and evening entertainment. There are many other fine restaurants in Elko.
Breakfast is served every morning at Reds Ranch, featuring an extensive and healthy buffet of fresh baked breads, muffins, rolls, fruits, cereals, and some specialty breakfast items, along with fresh brewed coffee and a selection of juices. Delicious lunches are prepared and carried to the mountains via helicopter for a welcome midday break! Hors d'oeuvres and dinner are served on the second and third evenings of your stay.

About the Guides
The guides have experience in the snow, terrain and weather of the Ruby Mountains. The on-snow portion of the job is critical. The snow pack is studied from the first snow of the season, and the characteristics of the snow are monitored with each storm. All the guides are current with outdoor emergency care.

Cancellation Policy
If a cancellation is received before the reservation date, and the skier has an immediate replacement for the trip booked, the deposit and balance paid will be transferred to the replacement, subject to the rebooking charge. If a skier does not have a replacement skier at the time of cancellation, and the cancellation is within 60 days of their reservation date, all payments (deposit and balance) will be retained by Ruby Mountain Helicopter Skiing.
